Using essential Oils With Hyper Active Kids

doTERRA ESSENTIAL OILS FOR ADD/ADHD Whether you know your child is hyper active, or maybe a teacher has told you your child is hyper active, this is a great way to try an alternative way to see if it will work for your child.

Rub into the bottom of their feet one oil at a time. First do Serenity then Vetiver, etc.  A drop of Vetiver in the hands is good for them to inhale.

Calming Blend – 1-2 drops on each foot
Vetiver – 1-2 drops on each foot
Balancing blend – 1-2 drops on each foot
